Christine Felder is not affiliated with Louis Vuitton, the Louis Vuitton brand, or Louis Vuitton Malletier S.A. or any other designer brand in any way.  Handbags are Authentic, previously owned, purchased lawfully on the secondary market and artistically enhanced with hand painted designs by Christine Felder - artist.  I do not claim any rights in the LV symbol, the Louis Vuitton trademark, or any other related mark. I declare no affiliation, sponsorship, or partnership with any registered trademarks. Christine Felder - Art is a service based company expressing creative vision.

Terms

Any commissioned artwork or made to order items are non-refundable under any circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you are confirming that you agree to all terms of service- making you the “Client”. By remitting payment, client certifies they own the item and has the right to make alterations; giving the company (Christine Felder) the approval to alter the physical item. Client acknowledges the Company is not responsible for the condition and identification of the item at the time of receipt. Client acknowledges alteration may affect the resale value of the item; and Client ratifies the foregoing billing and return policies of the Company and agrees that this Customization Agreement reflects the understanding between the Client and Company.

Due to the nature of painting by hand, designs may vary from digital mock-ups. Mock-up fees are non-refundable. Digital mock-ups are only used as a general reference and hand painted artwork will vary. Design and artwork rights are solely owned by Christine Felder and may be reproduced as a customization or sold on this website only.

Once alteration has begun, the Client may not cancel order and any changes made to design will have additional customization fees.  Mock-up fees are non-refundable once payment has been completed. Completion times are estimations and are not guaranteed.

Christine Felder reserves the right to share photos on her respective social media pages, of her work before, during, and after completion of the project.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders must be shipped requiring a signature, with insurance and tracking. Christine Felder - Art is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or non-deliverable by the carrier.

Current lead time for the 2023-2024 period is 4 weeks, from receipt of your bag to completion. Pick up and drop off can be arranged for those within the Philadelphia Area upon request and approval.

The design process:

Once your order is placed, design details are confirmed and approved, and the order is paid in full- then the production process will begin. Updates will be given at the start and end of the process. Upon completion, you will be notified, and asked to confirm return address once more. From then you may expect 2-day shipping. If you will not be home and available to sign for the package, please arrange accordingly.

For rush orders - please contact via email and include the date. I always do my best to accommodate, though not all timeframes can be met.
